Sinclair started out in the entertainment industry as a glamor model at age sixteen. Charmaine not only was a popular Page 3 girl, but also posed for a handful of Playboy Book of Lingerie newsstand special editions and was a lingerie model for various male order companies. Moreover, Sinclair was featured on a monthly basis in the men's magazine Club for a two year period in the mid 1990's. Charmaine began her acting career in the late 1980's in a series of soft-core movies in which she played sexy female private eye Samantha Spade. She went on to subsequently appear in several hardcore films. Sinclair retired from acting and modeling in the late 1990's, but has since returned to modeling. She was romantically linked to Robert De Niro for two years, 1993-1995.
